At Maldonado’s Renew, we offer one-on-one training with “Master Trainer” A.J. Maldonado, and our newest Trainer, Jessica Moller. Based on your specific needs we may recommend one or more of the following—functional core training, balance training, flexibility work utilizing Active Isolated Training (AIS), and Nutritional Education using time tested nutritional techniques. But our personal approach doesn’t stop there! We will explore all techniques within our 40 years of experience to help you achieve your goals. And, you will learn why “traditional” exercise may not be giving you the results you seek.
We work with the very de-conditioned athlete to the elite athlete.
Our work is conducted in a beautiful environment that is both supportive and fun. We strive always to be both creative and cutting edge in assisting our clients.
