Whether you just need a tune-up or a relaxing and pampering Aromatherapy or Hot Stone Massage, we can help you to recover from life’s ups and downs and bring your mind and body to a better place.
Our Therapeutic Massages will increase range of motion (ROM), improve circulation and improve lymphatic drainage for faster recovery. We will also address injuries and compensation patterns. Our goal is to partner with you to energize muscles that are not working correctly and to gradually return you body back to optimal health.
Menu of Massage Services
Body Strategy 1/2 hour $40 1 hour $65 1-1/2 hour $90
Therapeautic techniques such as cross fiber and muscle spindling are used with Active Isolated Stretching to relax and lengthen muscles. Areas that are tight and sore are emphasized.
Deep Tissue 1-1/2 hour $95
The massage therapist sinks into tissue with soft fists, forearms, and elbows. Long, slow, sustained pressure is given to client's tolerance level. Minimal oil or lotion is used. Joint mobilization and stretching may be incorporated.
Pregnancy 1 hour $60 1-1/2 hour $90
The expectant mother may relax face down on a Body Cushion regardless of trimester. Emphasis is on keeping the hips and middle back flexible and softened. Relaxation is key.
Couples Massage 1 hour for two is $140 1-1/2 hour for two is $195 1 hour balcony $165
Massage for two can be given in our treatment room, massage room, or outside in the serene balcony garden. Candles, aromatherapy, and relaxed music enhance the experience. The session is completed with mineral water spritzers and light refreshment.

Orthopedic Massage and Manual Therapy 1 hour $75
Practicioner: Amanda Wongsonegoro
An integration of massage, joint mobilization, and contract/relax METs that reduce pain and increase joint range of motion in both acute and chronic conditions. This technique involves positioning and interaction between the client and massage therapist. The client is clothed in loose, comfortable clothing and often lies sideline for optimal efficiency.
